UFC 213 results: Fight card, live updates, start time, main event, highlights

After a tumultuous afternoon, UFC 213 is officially set to go. Women’s bantamweight champion Amanda Nunes was pulled from her title fight with Valentina Shevchenko after falling ill early Saturday morning. With the void in the card, UFC elevated the interim middleweight title fight between Robert Whittaker and Yoel Romero to the main event with a bantamweight bout between Rob Font and Douglas Silva de Andrade being bumped to the main card.

Despite the run of bad luck, the main card is still worth paying attention to. Heavyweights Fabricio Werdum and Alistair Overeem will meet for a third and final time with the opportunity to fight for the title likely hanging in the balance. Plus. Curtis Blaydes, who has just one professional loss (coming at the hands of Francis Ngannou), returns to the Octagon. He has scored a knock out in each of his wins.
